Four hours of tutoring? $280.00. Five minutes of driving 85 in a 55 m.p.h. zone? $294.00. I really, really thought I was doing 75 in a 65, but, huh, guess not.
The most troubling part of the whole experience is that I was all "Yes sir, no sir", and couldn't think of a great story to explain my speed, and that the ticket writing was very straightforward-no need to call for back up, search my car or, most disappointingly, search me. Now that would have been great foreplay...
